At The Lumax, we take great care in delivering quality products. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged.

✅ Damaged Items Only

If your item arrives broken or defective, we’re here to help—but to be eligible for a refund, you must provide a clear unboxing video taken before the package is opened. This helps us verify the issue and ensure a smooth resolution.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Record a proper unboxing video before opening the package.

  2. If the item is damaged, email us immediately at thelumax29@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The unboxing video

    • Photos of the damage (if applicable)

If approved, we’ll guide you through the refund or replacement process. No returns will be accepted without unboxing video proof.

Return Address

If your case is approved, we’ll share the return instructions and return shipping address. Do not send any product back without contacting us first.


❌ No Returns or Refunds on:

  • Items without video proof of damage

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Products damaged after delivery


Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the amount.
